Ah, the wonders of modern surgery. I find it sad that some people already consider Mr. Clayton a female after getting a vagina. I don’t want to deny anybody their right to be happy, but unless you were born with 2 pairs of X chromosomes, produce egg cells & can give birth to children , you are still a man.
